The Role We’re looking for a high-energy, resourceful, and relentlessly curious BDR to help us scale top-of-funnel activity. This isn’t your typical spray-and-pray sales role. You’ll be breaking into high-value accounts—companies building factories, scaling clean technologies, or reshoring manufacturing—and helping them discover a better way to plan their next move. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our founders and Head of Growth to bring qualified meetings into the pipeline. What You’ll Do Prioritize 100–200 high-potential accounts using fundraising data, industry signals, and firmographic intelligence Craft bold, personalized outbound messages via email, LinkedIn, and whatever channel gets attention Cold call executives and senior decision-makers with confidence and purpose We have been incredibly successful on the phones. You should find this exciting and motivating – not intimidating. Collaborate with our Head of Growth and CEO to refine messaging based on real-world feedback and traction Deploy inventive, guerrilla-style tactics—conference hijacks, surprise mailers, meme drops, and unexpected moments that spark curiosity Break through the noise with relentless creativity—your job is to find the edge, push it, and make prospects excited to reply Think like a growth hacker: remix what works, ditch what doesn’t, and invent what others won’t Book qualified meetings that turn into real pipeline—this is a “create conversations, not just clicks” kind of role What We’re NOT Looking For Someone who wants to “set up the system.” That’s not this job. Our infrastructure is built—we need you on the front lines. This is quality > quantity. Precision beats volume You Might Be a Fit If Here’s the thing about experience. It really doesn’t matter for this role. We won’t disqualify someone because they don't have a million years of experience doing exactly what we need. We aren’t that type of company. We are looking for curiosity, hunger, grit, passion, and intelligence. If you have one or all of those characteristics please apply. You have any BDR/SDR experience, ideally at a startup. If you have zero years of experience, but you’re hungry and creative - you should still apply. You love the chase. You’re energized by tough-to-crack accounts and find creative ways to get meetings You’re confident cold calling and can hold your own with executives You have excellent communication skills, can craft sharp, punchy outreach, and know how to speak to decision-makers. Maybe you’re witty or funny or intense or something that gives you an edge. You’re coachable, gritty, and results-driven—tracking every touchpoint and adapting as you go
