About the role

The Healthcare Contract Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships and smart negotiations with payers, supporting the payer-provider negotiation strategy, and supporting the client success manager in ensuring strong client relationships. Principally tasked with being the bridge between clients, client success, and payers, the Healthcare Contract Manager diligently ensures that processes are followed, deliverables are clearly defined, negotiations are on track, and expectations are met or exceeded. Strong communication skills and a willingness to “lean in” to the inherent complexity of the relationship between payers and providers is essential.
