About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, process-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives. Your mission will be to bring consistency, momentum, and accountability to our sales motion—evolving from an inbound-heavy model to a healthy balance of inbound, outbound, and expansion across our customer base. This is a role for someone who loves the fundamentals: coaching reps, managing clean pipelines, and building repeatable success. What You’ll Do Lead and coach a team of 4 full-cycle AEs to hit and exceed quota Establish clear weekly sales rhythms (1:1s, standups, pipeline reviews) Build and enforce outbound cadences targeting ideal-fit accounts Drive proactive upsell/cross-sell efforts with existing customers Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and follow-up discipline Maintain clean CRM data and enforce usage standards in HubSpot Support forecasting and reporting in partnership with leadership Help refine messaging, objection handling, and demo quality Contribute to onboarding and ramping future sales hires Be a culture builder—modeling professionalism, positivity, and high performance What We’re Looking For 2–4+ years managing AEs in SaaS or digital services environments Proven ability to coach, manage pipelines, and drive rep accountability Strong grasp of outbound sales motions—not just inbound lead response Comfortable using HubSpot (or similar CRM) as a central sales tool Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and follow-through Heart for service—ideally with experience in mission-driven or nonprofit settings Bonus: Familiarity with church, school, or diocesan environments If you’re still excited and ready to join eCatholic, a remote company with team members spread throughout the country, then keep reading.
