Have 1–3 years of experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup (ideally enterprise-facing, AI-adjacent) Prefers deep work over constant chatter - more thoughtful than performative Strong backend development skills Think in systems and care about doing things the right way Are self-driven, highly detail-oriented, and always improving Have worked on a dev team (4+ engineers) and understand team dynamics Communicate clearly and listen well - personable without ego Value substance over hype, team wins over personal recognition
