The Opportunity We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Operations or Senior Operations Associate to oversee the systems, processes, and people that power our business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll ensure our supply chain, production, customer service, and internal workflows operate with excellence. This role is perfect for an independent, resourceful problem-solver with a passion for building scalable systems, building a business, and ensuring operational excellence at every level. Key Responsibilities Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure all business functions—including production, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service—run smoothly and efficiently. Develop Scalable Systems: Design, implement, and refine processes to support rapid growth without sacrificing quality or culture. Vendor & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers to ensure consistent quality and reliability. Data-Driven Improvements: Track and analyze operational metrics, using insights to optimize workflows, improve margins, and elevate customer satisfaction. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to align operations with company goals. Compliance & Standards: Ensure operational practices meet all legal, safety, and quality standards. What You Bring Proven Expertise: A track record of managing operations for a growing company, ideally in retail, apparel, or a product-based business. Process Orientation: A knack for building and refining systems that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Leadership Skills: Experience leading teams, coordinating multiple projects, and holding people accountable to results. Analytical Mindset: Comfort with data and metrics to make informed operational decisions.
